1. Why should I use wristbands? Wristbands are an excellent way to control crowds, separate different parties, or allow certain people in specific areas.
2. What are your wristbands made of? Tornado wristbands are made with Tyvek^® made from Dupont. This material is widely used because of its stretch proof and water proof qualities.
3. I can't find pricing. How much do your wristbands cost? Please call for a quote at 1-888-884-5523 or fill out our convenient quote request form. All requests will be responded to within 24 hours.
4. How do I pay for my wristbands order? We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Certified Cheques, Money Orders, or C.O.D.
5. Could I get sample wristbands sent to me? Our sales staff would be glad to send you samples. Simply fill out this form and you will receive samples within a few days.
6. What colors of wristbands are available? All our colors are displayed on the Products page.
7. What patterns are available? All our patterns are displayed on the Products page.
8. Do you have those plastic or vinyl wristbands? A new High Quality 3-Ply Vinyl wristband will be available in early April. Our R&D department is also working feverishly to provide an economical Single-Ply Vinyl Wristband for the 2002 season.
9. Can we put our logo on our wristbands? Yes...your logo can be printed on any of our wristbands. Contact our customer service for further details.
10. What's with those numbers on the wristbands? Wristbands have a sequential number on each band for inventory reasons. Many customers use these numbers to count the number of users or visitor.

Answers to Technical Questions about Wristbands

1. Can we get barcodes put on our wristbands? Yes...Contact our customer service for further details.
2. Can we get sequentially numbered barcodes on our wristbands? No...At this point we cannot supply this feature. We hope to offer this early in 2002.
3. Can I specify what numbers are on the wristbands? Yes...You can specify the numbers on large volume orders.
4. Do you make wristbands with a detachable portion? Yes...Tornado Wristbands can supply various "Stubs" wristbands. Contact our sales department for details.
5. Do you have wristbands that go in my dot matrix printer? Yes these are called "pinfeed" wristbands many like to print a specific message on the wristband according to the occasion.
6. Can I specify an exact PMS color for our wristbands? Yes and no. Yes if the order is a substantial size. No if the order is small or if it's for stock wristbands
7. What file format should my logo be for your art department? Our art department uses Corel Draw 8.0 or 9.0 for designing wristbands. Depending on the print quality desired, our artist could use a BMP, GIF, EPS, AI, or JPEG format. We will do our best to make your wristbands look the best!
